Portland City Code 14B.130 requires the Office of Community & Civic Life to notify District Coalition Offices, Neighborhood Associations and Residents of applications for Marijuana Regulatory Licenses for Medical Dispensaries and Recreational Marijuana Retailers in their area. As part of the application process, all Medical Dispensaries and Recreational Marijuana Retailers within Portland City limits are required to submit a Marijuana Control Plan.

The Marijuana Control Plan is an opportunity for applicants to introduce themselves to the neighborhood and address common concerns raised about Marijuana Businesses moving into their Neighborhoods. They include contact information so that community members know how to contact the business to address concerns. This page provides links to Marijuana Control Plans for every application received for Medical Dispensaries and Recreational Marijuana Retailers.
