Portland United Against Hate

Portland United Against Hate is a coalition of 65 community-based organizations, neighborhood groups, and the City of Portland's Office of Community & Civic Life. Our mission is to track, respond to, and prevent acts of hate while providing the support that our communities need.

Have you been the target or a witness to a hate incident? Report your experience at - find a reporting tool, access to resources like counseling, victim advocacy, and training opportunities from 13 community base organizations, and more information about hate incidents. takes you to a website outside the City system and is *not* a government website.

The PUAH Coalition is a resource for you -

• Community-based expertise on issues such as responding to alt-right white supremacist activity, analysis of specific policies, and connectivity with diverse communities affected by hate incidents. 

• Training for staff and constituent groups on a variety of subjects related to hate and bias, including using the hate reporting tool, interrupting hate, hate in housing, hate incident vs hate crime, and more.
