Each year, the OLCC will send a letter to liquor license holders with renewal information. Follow the instructions in your letter to renew your annual liquor license with both the OLCC and the City of Portland by the named deadline. The City will not accept renewal payments submitted more than three months in advance of the license expiration date.
Ways to Renew an Annual Liquor License:
City of Portland does not renew server permits. Go here for server permits.
Late or Expired Renewals:
The license applicant must complete the renewal at least 20 days before the license expires to avoid late fees from the OLCC. Applicants cannot legally sell or serve alcohol after the license expires.
