Disability & Employment: Access, Accommodation and the ADA
is topic of October 30th panel discussion
To celebrate Disability Employment Awareness Month in October, there will be a “Disability & Employment: Access, Accommodation and the ADA” panel discussion on Monday, October 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The panel with community members and City staff with disabilities will share tips for having accommodation needs met, what employers should know to be welcoming and more.
The forum will be in the Office of Equity and Human Rights Steele Room on the fifth floor of the Commonwealth Building, 421 S.W. 6th Avenue. Anyone with questions or a request for accommodations may call Joanne Johnson at 503-823-9970 or by emailing email@example.com.
