FACT Oregon needs your input about Special Education Transition Services
Your input matters and FACT Oregon is conducting a survey about Special Education Transition Services from parents. Please note that the survey will be closing on July 3 at 12 p.m. Any family with a child who is between the ages of 14 and 23 years old, currently receiving or used to receive special education services in Oregon is encouraged to take the survey at this link.
FACT is gathering parents’ feedback to get an idea of the strengths and challenges for oregon students with disabilities when it comes to graduation, employment, and a successful transition to adulthood. Questions may be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
FACT Oregon’s mission is to empower Oregon families experiencing disability in their pursuit of a whole life by expanding awareness, growing community, and equipping families. More information about FACT’s resources, training, events, and more is available on the organization’s website.
