Central City in Motion - Sounding Board
Description: Central City in Motion (CCIM) is Portland’s plan for strategic investments to accommodate ever more users on the downtown and Central Eastside street system. The goal of the project is to provide safe, predictable, and affordable transportation options that will help Portland’s central city thrive – today and in the future. The CCIM Sounding Board is charged with “thinking
big” about the future of transportation in Portland’s central city. Representing a broad set of community and business perspectives, the group will offer strategic advice to help the project team define a network of investments that considers the many different demands and uses in the central city.
Committee advises designated bureau staff on a limited term.
