Oregon Health Authority is adding
5 new full-time permanent Ombudsman positions
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Ombudsman program is expanding. Over the next few months it will add five new full time, permanent Ombudsman people to its team. The OHA Ombudsman program has operated with one staff person since it was first launched.
This first announcement is for three Policy Analyst 4 (PA4) positions. The jobs are posted on the Oregon’s Government Jobs website. Positions will be closed this coming Monday, February 18th. Sometime within the next two weeks, two additional Ombuds positions will be posted. To those people eager to add their name to the roster of applicants for these three PA4 positions, get your application in before the deadline.
Any questions about Ombuds positions or programmay be directed to Sarah Dobra by email.
The OHA Ombudsprogram has operated with one staff person since it was first launched back in the days when Bruce Goldberg was OHA Director, before CoverOregon launched. New OHA Director Pat Allen and Chief of Staff Dawn Jagger recognized the need to expand the program and advocated for the budget. The State Legislature approved budgeting for the five positions.
