Topic for discussion: (1) Proposed Relocation Assistance Administrative Rules

The Portland Housing Bureau is releasing a draft of technical changes to the Mandatory Relocation Assistance Exemption Eligibility and Approval Process administrative rules. These changes provide additional clarity to the public regarding the Relocation Assistance exemption process, including expansion of the definitions section, clarification around the process for each recommendation, as well as revised and new requirements for exemption. The public is invited to testify on the technical changes of the proposed draft.

The draft can be found at www.portlandoregon.gov/phb/RelocationRules, along with additional notices and information on upcoming meetings.
