Year 3 - Social Equity Grant

FY 2019-20 (Year 3) Recipients

On May 20, 2020, City Council unanimously approved $548,094 in grant funds for the FY 19-20 Cannabis Social Equity Grant Program in the Office of Community & Civic Life. The funds will allow the following six organizations to four priority service areas: legal services, workforce development, re-entry housing, and criminal justice reform:

Worksystems- Housing Support for Justice Involved Portlanders Pursuing Middle Income Careers ($144,000)

PCC- Portland Community College Community Legal & Educational Access & Referral Clinic (“PCC CLEAR Clinic”) ($144,000)

POIC + RAHS- Construction Pre-Apprenticeship Program for Communities of Color and Low-income Young Adults ($100,000)

Voz- Building Economic Power for Day Laborers ($60,000)

Latino Network- Mink’a Program ($50,094)

Beyond Black- Social Justice Program ($50,000)
