Development Review Advisory Committee
Description: The mission of the Development Review Advisory Committee (DRAC) is to foster a timely, predictable and accountable development review process that implements the City’s goals for land use, transportation, housing, economic development, neighborhood livability and the environment; and advocates for and supports consistent and fair application and implementation of regulations.
Committee advises bureau director on a perpetual base.

Term length: Three year
Volunteer position description: The Committee consists of a minimum of three members who are experts in both sustainable technologies and construction practices. The Committee members serve voluntarily and without compensation. The Committee members must be design professionals, construction contractors, or persons associated with a university that has an engineering school. The Committee meets as applications needed.
