The City of Portland's Graffiti Program supports neighborhood livability by decreasing graffiti in partnership with neighborhood and business associations, community partners and volunteers.

There are several ways to report graffiti to the City of Portland:

- Call 503-823-4824, noting location and contact information in case questions arise;

- Use the PDXReporter app on your smartphone to report location

- Email picture and location

- Report online
