Portland Fire and Rescue (PF&R) is requesting your assistance with creating a new Strategic Plan for 2010-2015. The plan will serve as the primary guideline for PF&R’s actions and activities.  Decisions regarding station locations, emergency response efforts, customer service, staffing levels, programs, and response times will be examined as part of the strategic planning process.
