A:  A fire truck!  The fire truck is the apparatus designed primarily to carry ladders and tools. Rescue equipment is also stored in this type of apparatus.

The best firefighting apparatus for a elevator rescue will be to send the technical rescue team from St.1, along with other apparatus from other stations to assist with technical rescue team. Also send a chief and the pio to cover the story, if the media happens to hear about the elevator rescue.
