- 06/14/10 @ 1151 hrs, TA1P (Pin-in), 2300 block of NW Westover Road. Truck rolled over and struck a building. 1 patient extricated and transported. Leaking fuel and oil was contained by fire crews.
- 06/15/10 @ 0015 hrs, Residential Fire, 3500 block of NE Hollyrood Court. Loss: $4,000, Cause: Discarded cigarette.
- 06/15/10 @ 0324 hrs, Commercial Fire, NE 6th Ave & Irving Street. Loss: $10,000, Cause: Discarded cigarette.
- 06/15/10 @ 0745 hrs, TR1P (Pinned), 9300 block of SE Hawthorne Blvd. Hand caught between trailer and hitch. Patient extricated and transported.
- 06/15/10 @ 0754 hrs, Alert 2 – Aircraft Emergency Stand-by, Portland International Airport. Stand-by to assist Portland Airport Fire & Rescue.
- 06/15/10 @ 0954 hrs, Commercial Fire, 4600 block of SE Harney Drive. Loss: $15,000, Cause: Cutting Torch.
- 06/15/10 @ 1617 hrs, TA1MAX, Skidmore Transit Station, Pedestrian walked in front of MAX. Patient not pinned or under MAX, who was transported.
- 06/15/10 @ 1810 hrs, Residential Fire, 600 block of N Fargo Street. Loss: $3,500, Cause: Discarded cigarette.
- 06/15/10 @ 1819 hrs, Commercial Fire, 10400 block of SE Cora Street. Loss: $7,000, Cause: Under Investigation.
- 06/16/10 @ 0353 hrs, Apartment Fire, 4300 block of SE Belmont Street. Loss: $10,000, Cause: Under Investigation. 1 Exposure damaged with a Loss: $35,000.
- 06/16/10 @ 0941 hrs, Alert 2 – Aircraft Emergency Stand-by, Portland International Airport. Stand-by to assist Portland Airport Fire & Rescue.
- 06/16/10 @ 1107 hrs, 2nd Alarm Residential Fire, 9100 block of N John Avenue. Loss: $175,000, Cause: Discarded ashes. 2 Exposures damaged with a Loss: #1 $70,000 and #2 $60,000.
- 06/17/10 @ 0817 hrs, Residential Fire, 1400 block of SW Highland Parkway. Loss: $1,100,000, Cause: Terrarium Heater.
- 06/18/10 @ 1710 hrs, Apartment Fire, 3200 block of NE Emerson St. Loss: $20,000, Cause: Unattended cooking.
