Fire Burns Hay Intended For Portland Meadows
Portland, OR -- Portland Fire & Rescue (PF&R) firefighters responded to the 9000 block of Northeast Martin Luther King Boulevard early this morning to a trailer full of hay which had caught fire at a northeast Portland mobile home park. The owner of the trailer said it was full of hay that was to be taken to the horses at Portland Meadows. The trailer and the contents in it had a value of about $9,000, according to the owner.
