Apple Cake

Ingredients:

• 12 cups diced apples
• 5 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup pecans (optional)
• 1 cup oil
• 4 ½ cups flour
• 3 teaspoons salt
• 4 ½ teaspoons soda
• 3 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation:

1. In a large bowl, mix everything together.
2. Bake in an 11 inch by 13 inch pan 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
3. Enjoy!!!
