Product Recalls in December 2010

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSA) is charged with protecting the public from unreasonable risks of serious injury or death from thousands of types of consumer products. In December 2010, CPSA announced over 30 product recalls. Several items were recalled because they create fire hazards - this included snowblowers, spinning candle holders, silver tree tealight candle holders, refrigerators, portable butane stoves, electric heaters, lamps, pillar candles, children's camping combo packs, and night lights. Portland Fire & Rescue wants to make sure you’re aware of the below recalled products:
