Spicy Caesar Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 14 ounces anchovies
- 8 ounces parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce
- 2 lemons
- Sprinkle of pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
Preparation
- Juice lemons.
- Shread Parmesan cheese, use 3/4 in dressing and top salad with remaining.
- Mix all ingredients together in a blender.
- Add mixed dressing to simple salad.
Serves 10 hungry firefighters!

I know this is a 3 yr old post but I love the habanero and tabasco and all the anchovies in this recipe! Add some more habanero and you'll have a 5 alarm caesar dressing! Love that heat!
