The City of Portland's Office of Neighborhood Involvement (ONI) facilitates the Graffiti Abatement Program. The program works with concerned neighbors and business-owners to identify, report, and remove graffiti from public and private spaces. Reporting Graffiti
Citizens are encouraged to report graffiti in their neighborhood using the Graffiti Abatement Program's online reporting form or via the reporting hotline.

Graffiti Clean-Up Kits Available at Portland Stations
Many Portland fire stations store graffiti clean-up kits which citizens can utilize to remove graffiti and re-paint surfaces:
