  • 12/27/11@ 2317 hrs, Residential Fire, 4800 block ofNE Mallory Ave. Loss: $12,000 Cause: Creosote ignited in chimney with fire extending to structure.
  • 12/27/11@ 2358 hrs, Residential Fire, 9900 block of N Smith St.  Loss: $35,000. Cause: Under Investigation.
  • 12/28/11@ 0007 hrs, Residential Fire, 900 block of SE Reynolds St.  Loss: $230,000 Cause: Under Investigation.  
  • 12/30/11@ 1312 hrs, Water Rescue, Southbound I-205 Bridge @ Mid-span.  PF&R land & water units assisted Vancouver Fire in search.  Fire Boat recovered DOA patient.
  • 12/30/11@ 1904 hrs, Residential Fire, 6200 block of N Concord Ave. Loss: $225,000 Cause: Under Investigation.  1 Civilian male fire fatality found inside.
