  • 02/19/12@ 1001 hrs, Confined Space Rescue, 5900 block of N Basin Ave.  One DOA Male recovered from barge tank.  
  • 02/22/12@ 0950 hrs, Water Rescue,Willamette River a tHawthorne Bridge.  One Swimmer assisted and transported to local hospital.
  • 02/22/12@ 1432 hrs, Residential Fire, 8800 block ofN Wayland Ave. Loss: $13,000 Cause: Unattended Cooking.
  • 02/22/12@ 1756 hrs, Residential Fire, 4500 block of NE 99th Ave.  Loss: $80,000 Cause: Candle too close to combustible materials.
  • 02/22/12@ 2124 hrs, Apartment Fire, 1400 block of SE 16th Ave.  Loss: Undetermined at this time.  Cause: Under Investigation. 
  • 02/22/12@ 2249 hrs, 2nd Alarm Residential Fire, 1500 block of SE Morrison St. Loss: $200,600.  Cause: Improperly discarded smoking materials. 
  • 02/25/12@ 1801 hrs, Pin-in Traffic Accident, NE 75th &Fremont St.  1 male patient pinned under vehicle; extricated using Airbags and Holmatro Tools and transported to hospital.
