This morning at 11:07 Portland Firefighters were called to 120 SW Ankeny St. (a clothing store named Zambalha). When they arrived firefighters found smoke and fire in the shop. The fire was being held in check by three fire sprinklers. The fire was extinguished and firefighters began removing smoke and water from the building.

Investigators were called but were unable to definitively determine the fires cause. The fire caused damage to the structure estimated at $500 and damage to the contents in excess of $30,000. No injuries were associated with this fire.
