Portland Fire & Rescue is hosting a press conference to allow members of the media to connect with Majiah Washington, the member of the community whose actions during the possible electrocution emergency yesterday that may have saved the life of the toddler involved in the incident. Miss Washington will be free to share what she experienced yesterday along with a representative from Portland Fire & Rescue to answer any questions regarding the emergency response and any additional information available at the time of the interaction.
(There is an additional Press Conference hosted by Portland Fire & Rescue prior to this interactive opportunity regarding a different topic. This second Press Conference is to the media connect with Miss Washington. These are two distinctly different events.)
