Last week the Portland Housing Center (PHC) was honored with the NeighborWorks America 2010 CEO award for outstanding performance. PHC, which serves the Portland metro area, was recognized as the top producer of homeownership clients in the country among NeighborWorks Full Cycle Lenders. In 2009, PHC helped Portland-area first-time homebuyers move in 387 homes!
