Each year Portlanders volunteer more than 450,000 hours with the Parks bureau, doing everything from pulling ivy and restoring native habitat to leading arts & craft classes and coaching sports teams.

This summer, Parks is offering a wide variety of volunteer opportunities for Portland-area youth. Whether you want to join a work party to maintain our trail system, help restore native habitat, teach swim lessons, lifeguard, or help out at a community center, there's a place for you this summer!
