This Friday, July 16, Bridges to Housing is celebrating four years of serving families in need.
Every night thousands of people sleep outside in the Portland-Vancouver area. Many of these individuals face enormous challenges, including mental illness, addiction, and disability. These barriers can make it very difficult to obtain housing and basic services. Bridges to Housing is dedicated to helping these families and individuals find and maintain housing, the first step in overcoming poverty and progressing toward self-sufficiency.
Nick will attend the celebration Friday to thank the dedicated staff, landlords, funders, families, leaders and partners who have made this program such a success in Multnomah County.
