This Thursday, the Portland Housing Bureau (PHB) will offer a free Homeownership Workshop at its offices in the Commonwealth Building at SW 5th and Washington. Homeownership Workshops are offered monthly as sites around Portland.

Stop by to learn more about homebuyer education and counseling services, tax credit programs, down payment assistance programs, first mortgage loan programs, and property tax exemptions. PHB's Homeownership Workshops also provide information about the services and programs offered by Portland's many valuable non-profit organizations.
