Commissioner Fish and Portland Parks & Recreation Director Zari Santner recently announced a series of actions to address the ecological health of Forest Park and to improve access to off-road biking around the city.

Following that announcement, Nick reaffirmed his commitment to expanding off-road biking opportunities in Portland in a letter to Andy Clarke, President of the League of American Bicyclists.
