NW Dance Project + the Blue Cranes tonight at Washington Park

Story by Maddie Wiener
Tonight at 6:00, modern and creative dance from NW Dance Project meets inviting and innovative jazz from the Blue Cranes in Washington Park's beautiful amphitheater!
We're so excited to welcome this duo. NW Dance Project showcases creative, important new contemporary ballet works from the field's most talented and established choreographers, while the Blue Cranes are one of the best jazz groups to come out of Portland in years.
Now, watch them perform together to kick off the final weekend of the Washington Park Summer Festival, a highlight of our Summer Free for All programming.
Bring a picnic or purchase food from festival vendors, and grab a seat on the hill in the amphitheater. (Remember, parking is limited, so ride your bike or take the Washington Park Shuttle from PGE Park or the Zoo MAX stop.)
Enjoy the sunset, the show, and the rise of the full moon tonight with friends and family!
