Occupy Portland: Update
November 9, 2011
In the first week of the occupation of Lownsdale and Chapman Squares, Commissioner Fish made it clear that while he was sympathetic with many of the issues raised by the Occupy movement, he was concerned about damage to the parks and asked the occupiers to move quickly to a peaceful end of the occupation.
Today, two of his colleagues have joined him in calling for an end to the occupation.
