Interested in lending a hand to help improve our parks? Join Portland Parks & Recreation and our community partners in weekly events at various parks throughout the Portland area.

Portland is known for its volunteerism – something we at Parks know well. Each year, Portlanders donate almost 450,000 hours of their time to help us maintain the health and beautify of our system of parks, trails, and natural area.

This incredible community support is vital, especially in challenging economic times.
