We’d like to share this amazing time lapse video of the construction progress at Block 49, a project to bring affordable homes to the South Waterfront.

The project is managed by REACH Community Development Inc. in partnership with the Portland Housing Bureau.

The six story building will bring more than 200 affordable apartments to the neighborhood - 42 will be reserved for low-income veterans.

The new building is scheduled to open this fall.
