There are new options for homeowners in our community who are facing foreclosure. 

Last month, the State of Oregon launched the Oregon Foreclosure Avoidance Mediation Program, which ensures that homeowners have the chance to meet with their mortgage lenders and a mediator to seek alternatives to foreclosure.

Bank of America will be holding an event August 23 - 25 in Tigard, where homeowners can meet face-to-face with a Bank of America Specialist to review options for loan modifications or other alternatives to foreclosure.  

With dedicated underwriters on site, B of A teams are also able to provide same-day decisions to eligible customers at the event.
