Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity
May 8, 2013
Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East is looking for volunteers, ages 16 and up, to survey the Cully Neighborhood.
The survey is part of Habitat’s Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI). The NRI is more than just receiving Habitat products. It’s a holistic approach to creating change in our neighborhoods that have the greatest need for stability.
Volunteers will work in pairs going door-to-door to ask neighbors how they feel about the quality of life in their neighborhood. The 20-minute survey provides the community an opportunity to have their voices heard.
For more information on volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Portland/Metro East contact Danell Norby at (503) 287-9529.
The first day to survey is tonight starting at 5 pm.
