Last Thursday, Nick was honored to attend the REACH CDC Donor Lunch at the Governor Hotel.

REACH has been serving the Portland community for over 30 years – helping build safe, decent, and affordable homes. Their annual Donor Lunch helps raise money to support REACH’s affordable housing and community development programs.

The City is a proud partner of REACH’s. Last December, we celebrated the grand opening of Gray’s Landing in the South Waterfront neighborhoood. It is the first affordable apartment building in South Waterfront, and sets aside 42 homes to be rented specifically to veterans.
