Many of Portland’s great neighborhood business associations are getting spooky for Halloween!

Tonight, stop by your participating local neighborhood small businesses for tasty treats, special deals, prizes, and more!  With many fun family-friendly events, it’s a great way celebrate All Hallows’ Eve while supporting your local economy. 

Neighborhood small businesses add wonderful character to Portland and are the backbone of our economy.
