Portland’s great neighborhood business associations are getting spooky for Halloween!

This week, stop by your participating local neighborhood small business for tasty treats, special deals, prizes, and more! With many spook-tacular family-friendly events, it’s a great way to celebrate All Hallows’ Eve while supporting your local economy.

Neighborhood small business add wonderful character to Portland and are the backbone of our economy.
