Join us in welcoming Betsy Ruth Quitugua to the Fish Team! She is our Interim Constituent Relations Coordinator, and will be here until mid-January.

Betsy was born on the Island of Saipan. It is part of the Northern Marianas Islands, located in the South Pacific. She is the youngest of 5 children. At the age of 10, her entire family moved to Oregon. Being the daughter of a retired Veteran, Betsy has moved around a lot, but now considers Portland home.

Betsy is a student at Portland State University, working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. She has been involved with many student organizations while in college, including Key Club International Alumni - Division 65, PCC Sylvania’s Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, and PCC's student government.

Betsy also works as a Community Service Aid at the Bureau of Environmental Services, working under the Facilities and Admin Division. She has a great passion for the environment and loves exploring Oregon’s great outdoors.
