Art in the Pearl Celebrates 20 years as Oregon’s Largest Arts Festival
September 2, 2016
The 19th annual Art in the Pearl is this Labor Day Weekend!
Art in the Pearl is Portland’s largest arts community event. More than 75,000 visitors congregate in the Pearl to experience the work of over 100 artists, including painters, photographers, jewelers, musicians, and performance artists.
Attendees will be able to meet the artists, enjoy musical performances, participate in hands-on art activities, and find something special to bring home with them.
Each year, nearly a thousand artists apply to be one of the 130 artists who get to show their work at Art in the Pearl. If you would like to showcase your work at Art in the Pearl next year, follow the link here.
As the Arts Commissioner and Council liaison to Regional Arts and Culture Council, Nick is a proud supporter of Art in the Pearl, and a champion for the arts in Portland.
