Portland Water Bureau Customer Survey Results

Today, the Portland Water Bureau presented findings from its recent customer survey to Council.
Among the highlights:
• Customers identified safety, quality, and reliability as the three most important values.
• Nearly 90% said that investing in earthquake preparedness is a key priority.
• Almost 80% were satisfied or very satisfied with the services provided by the Water Bureau.
