Portland Parks & Recreation Presents FY2019-20 Requested Budget to Council

Today, Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) presented their FY2019-20 requested budget to City Council.
It was the first opportunity for the bureau to share the current gap and the proposed budget-balancing option with Council and the City's Community Budget Advisory Committee.
