Visit City of Portland E-Files. Use your Case Number as the Search Term to locate the audio recording. Most Hearing Recordings will be available online within 1-3 business days after the hearing.

If you attended your hearing and chose to "Opt Out" of placing the recording online, the audio file is still maintained as a City record. To obtain a copy of your hearing on CD, please contact the Hearings Office.  A $5.00 fee is charged per CD, as set out by the Portland Standard Fee Schedule.
