Starting July 1, 2019, the Hearings Office hours will be: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM. The Hearings Office is also closed on weekends and City Holidays.

We are located at 1900 SW 4th Avenue, Suite 3100 (third floor), Portland, OR 97201.

The Hearings Office adheres to the City closures for inclement weather. If the City is closed, hearings will be rescheduled. In the event of a delayed opening, any hearings scheduled to start before the City opens will be rescheduled. All other hearings will occur as scheduled.
