Information and instructions about submitting documents for tow hearings and appealing of City bureau decisions or determinations are available online.
Submitting documents for a current case (a case number has been created)
All submissions must include your name, case number, and comply with any deadline set forth by the Hearings Officer.
For tow or appeal cases, please upload your documents to the online case management system here: https://portlandhearingsoffice.synisys.com/cms/
For other case types, documents can be accepted by email, mail, fax, or delivered to the Hearings Office in person.
