Information and instructions about submitting documents for tow hearings and appealing of City bureau decisions or determinations are available online. if you don't have a case in process with the Hearings Office.
Submitting documents for a current case (a case number has been created)
All submissions must include your name, case number, and comply with any deadline set forth by the Hearings Officer.
Documents can be accepted by mail, fax, or delivered to the Hearings Office in person.
The Hearings Office does not accept emailed documents or any form of attachments. However, if you have any questions, you may email the Hearings Office or call us at 503-823-7307.
