NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING

The Chief Hearings Officer proposes the following revised RULES OF THE CITY OF PORTLAND HEARINGS OFFICE for adoption:

ADM-9.01 - CODE ENFORCEMENT HEARINGS

ADM-9.02 - LAND USE REVIEWS

ADM-9.03 - TOW HEARINGS

ADM-9.05 - APPEALS TO THE CODE HEARINGS OFFICER

 DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING COMMENTS:

The Hearings Office invites employees and the public to comment on the proposed revised rules. To be considered, comments must be received by 5:00 PM on June 29, 2020.
