Administrative Tasks for Full Administrative Investigations:
When the IPR Director decides that the complaint will be a full administrative investigation – whether assigned to IA, or to an IPR Investigator as an Independent Investigation – the Director will ensure that the following steps are completed:
- Case status letter composed, informing the complainant that the case will be a full administrative investigation, and listing the allegations to be investigated.
- Directives included in the electronic file: the file must contain the applicable Directives for all allegations, in the version which applied at the time of the incident.
