Jennifer Li, the Program Manager of the OCT Franchise and Utility Program, passed away on February 20th after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Jennifer was a thoughtful and inclusive team leader, who was deeply respected and admired by her colleagues within the City and across the Country. She will be missed by many.

OCT held a Celebration of Life for Jennifer on March 15th, 2022 in the Portland Building. Jennifer's husband and parents attended, and many colleagues  and friends attended in person and online.
