Digital Inclusion Week (DIW) is an opportunity to raise awareness about digital inequities and join nationwide efforts to close those gaps.
Throughout the week, organizations across the nation will host digital inclusion events and share digital stories that highlight specific inequities and the role digital inclusion providers play in meeting these needs.
DIW2019 ACTIVITIES
Locally, DIN partners, community-based organizations, public agencies, business partners, etc. shared details about existing digital inclusion programs happening during the week and hosted local events related to digital inclusion. A snapshot of events is captured in a DIN sponsored Calendar of Digital Inclusion Community Events.
During the week DIN members recorded videos, took photos, captured participant stories, and used social media to highlight the importance of digital equity. Great work DIN!
