Civil Rights Title VI and ADA Title II Complaints:

In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("Title II"), it is the policy of the City of Portland (“the City”) that no person may be excluded from, denied benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination in any City program, service, administrative act, or activity, on the basis of their disability. Any person or class of persons who believes they have been the been denied access and/or have experienced discrimination in the receipt of City benefits, programs or services based on their disability or perceived disability, in violation of ADA Title II, has the right to file a complaint with the City. To ensure and monitor the City’s ongoing compliance, the City will investigate and equitably resolve complaints under Title II as outlined in the City's ADA Title II Complaint Procedures.
