Civil Rights and ADA Complaints:

Title I requires covered employers to provide reasonable accommodations for applicants and employees with disabilities and prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in all aspects of employment.

Title II requires governmental agencies to provide appropriate accommodations of their services to people with disabilities including cognitive limitations

Title VI removes barriers and conditions that prevent groups of color, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities, people with low income, people with limited-English proficiency and other disadvantaged groups and persons from receiving access, participation and benefits from City program services and activities.
