Jonathan was hired as the Disability Equity Specialist in March of 2018. His work focusses on The City’s efforts to comply with Title II of the Americans With Disabilities Act and the Portland Commission on Disability.

Since September of 2016, Jonathan and his dog guide, Ufi, have lived in Portland.

As a graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston and a licensed attorney in Massachusetts, Jonathan appreciates the difference the law can make in people’s lives. As a person who was born totally blind, Jonathan knows people with disabilities can’t have equity unless they have accessibility.
